USPS Forever Postage Stamps Winter Fun Booklet of 20
Winter days can be a wonderful time to appreciate the great outdoors with friends and loved ones. Drawing on nostalgic images of snowy childhoods, the Winter Fun stamps can be used not only to convey the joyful spirit of the holiday season and the new year, but also to send cheerful greetings for any occasion all winter long. Each stamp is sure to add a welcome splash of warmth to letters and cards during the year's coldest months. With four playful designs, Winter Fun celebrates some of the season's most enjoyable activities: ice-skating, making snow angels, building snowmen, and bird-watching. The art for the ice-skaters design was painted with acrylic on plywood with a dry brush technique to give the illustration a textured, folk-art feel. The other three were all hand-sketched and then digitally manipulated.Art director Ethel Kessler designed the stamps using existing illustrations by Janet Atkinson, Jing Jing Tsong, and Christine Roy.The Winter Fun stamps are being issued as Forever® stamps in self-adhesive booklets of 20 (five of each design). These Forever stamps will always be equal in value to the current First-Class Mail® one-ounce price.

Greetings from America, Full Sheet of 50 34-Cent State Stamps, USA 2002, Scott 3561-3610
The Postal Service issued the 34-cent Greetings from America stamps in a self-adhesive pane of fifty individual designs on April 4, 2002. The Postal Service held an official ceremony on April 4, 2002, in all fifty states and at the Mega Stamp Show in New York, New York. The stamps, designed by Richard Sheaff, of Scottsdale, Arizona, and illustrated by Lonnie Busch, of Franklin, North Carolina, represent each of the fifty states. The Greetings from America stamps were the first pane of fifty individually designed stamps issued in ten years. The artist was inspired by "large letter" postcards used to advertise cities, states, or tourist attractions. The postcards depicted local scenes inside big letters that spelled out the name of the place or attractions during the 1930s and 1940s. The bright colors and creative designs of these stamps hint at the romance of travel and discovery, conveying nostalgia for all aspects of popular American culture. Text on the back of each stamp lists the state's bird, flower, tree, and capital, as well as the date the state entered the Union.

Sheet of 20 "From Me To You" Forever Stamps + 24 colorful self-adhesive personal message stickers & decals 2015 NEW RELEASE
Manufacturer: USPS New Stamp releases
Brand: Forever Postage Cheerful Modern Design
With this issuance, the U.S. Postal Service® celebrates the special connections we make through the mail. From Me To You is a unique stamp issuance, featuring not only 20 Forever® stamps, but also an interactive element in the form of decals and labels for decorating envelopes, letters, and greeting cards. The stamps each bear the words "From Me To You" in capital letters. Surrounding the four rows of stamps in the center of the sheet are colorful self-adhesive stickers. The eleven labels at the top of the sheet, in the shapes of hearts, circles, and rectangles, carry messages such as "Happy Birthday," "Miss You," "Thank You," and "Get Well Soon." Along the sides and bottom of the sheet are decorative decals including hearts, envelopes, flowers, mailboxes, and a kiss (red lips). The artist chose bright jewel tones and primary colors to reflect the happy, playful personality of the stamp design. While emails, texts, and chats are quick ways to communicate with family and friends, these electronic notes can begin to feel impersonal. Many people are returning to a more meaningful, more joyful way to connect with one another: sending and receiving handwritten letters and cards. Using the interactive From Me To You stamps and decals is a fun and creative way to personalize cards and letters, with messages specific to the occasion. Ethel Kessler was the art director. Artist Michael Osborne was the designer and typographer.
